The day of rest!
Finally a couple days off from the gym. My body could use the rest. Normally I try to do two days on, one day off, two days on, two days off during a week. I usually do Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. That seems like the perfect combination for me. This week, though, do the cold and the Stars game Tuesday night, it was Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Not sure I like doing three days in a row like that but it is what it is. This week, hopefully will be back to a more normal pattern. We shall see though.
I’ve been tracking my macros every day as well. Trying to get close to 275 grams of protein every day and stay around 2600 calories. The carbs and fats sometimes alternate and I’m ok with that. To me the most important part is the Protein and calories. Nick set the macros where he did for a reason and if I want to hit my goals, I need to trust him.
